It’s award season, and the stars are shining bright! NerdNarrative is over the moon to announce that our very own PR dynamo, Mikateko Maswanganyi, has been selected as one of the 10 PRISM Young Voices for 2024 by the PRISM Awards and PRISA (Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa)! 

 

This isn’t just any recognition - it’s a golden ticket for young pros to rub shoulders with PR legends as they help judge the prestigious PRISM Awards, all while soaking up some top-tier mentorship in the communications space.

 

What are the PRISM Awards?
For the past 26 years, the PRISM Awards have been celebrating the absolute best of the best in the PR and communications industry across Africa. They’ve earned their reputation alongside big names, and we’re stoked to see Mikateko joining the esteemed ranks of industry leaders. 

 

But it doesn’t stop there. The PRISM judges? Absolute rockstars themselves. They’ve got their hands full evaluating campaigns across 70 categories, covering everything from B2B to B2C and everything in between. It’s no small feat, and our girl Mikateko is ready to bring the heat!
